Job Description
The Program Officer will oversee the implementation of KMBI’s microfinance program in designated areas, facilitating the organization and formation of centers while cultivating leadership among center leaders. Key responsibilities include processing, monitoring, documenting, and evaluating client loans.
Qualifications:
- Must have graduated from a 2 or 4-year degree program or completed at least 84 college credits.
- Graduates of vocational courses or K-12 programs are encouraged to apply.
- Must be people-oriented and adhere to guidelines.
- Experience in facilitating group meetings is essential.
- Relevant work experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to engage in fieldwork.
