Job Description
Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure service level agreements are met.
Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes within assigned programs, projects, or services. Your role involves using standard tools and processes to monitor and control service level agreements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver business and technology outcomes.
- Utilize standard tools and processes for service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with service management governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Service Management Governance is required.
- No additional skills are mandatory.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure Service Management is a plus.
- Strong grasp of program and project management principles.
- Experience in delivering business and technology outcomes.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Information:
- 2 years of experience in Service Management Governance is necessary.
- Ideal candidates will have a strong educational background in program or project management.
