Job Description:
- Manage relationships between Accenture Operations and Client/internal IT teams.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in IT infrastructure/cloud solutions.
- Manage IT Infrastructure support and cloud migrations.
- Track Financial RUN budgets and report on them.
- Mentor team members and support new sales bids.
Job Qualifications:
- 7+ years in PMO in a Tech/IT environment.
- 5 years of supervisory experience.
- BPO Voice background preferred.
