Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Programme Director. As the Programme Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our organization’s programs and initiatives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing program strategies and objectives
  • Managing program budgets and ensuring effective resource allocation
  • Overseeing program evaluation and impact assessment
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Supervising program staff and providing guidance and support
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities for program growth and expansion

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in program management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes. Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are also essential for this position.
