Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Programme Director. As the Programme Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our organization’s programs and initiatives.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing program strategies and objectives
- Managing program budgets and ensuring effective resource allocation
- Overseeing program evaluation and impact assessment
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Supervising program staff and providing guidance and support
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for program growth and expansion
