Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for assisting the project manager in HVAC construction coordination on-site;
2. Lead teams for project execution and completion on-site.
3. Prepare materials before construction and liaise with property management to support the project manager;
4. Communicate with property management personnel during and after construction;
5. Collect data on project acceptance and coordinate property acceptance;
6. Report and escalate issues to management as necessary
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Proficient in VRF system or water cooler system principles.
3. Minimum 3 years of HVAC project experience.
4. Project management skills preferred.
5. Ability to diagnose air-conditioning system faults and provide solutions.
6. Proficient in addressing air-conditioning equipment failures.
7. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Supplemental pay: 13th month salary
