Job Description
The Project Accountant (PA) will oversee job costing reports to ensure expenses stay within budget. Responsibilities include creating project budgets, analyzing financial performance, and preparing reports for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project budgets and financial models.
- Analyze project financial performance and identify trends.
- Prepare financial reports for project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Work with auditors during project audits.
- Communicate financial performance to relevant parties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
- 2-3 years of project accounting experience in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of real estate accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and MS Excel.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
