Job Description
Green Asia Construction and Development Corporation is in urgent need of highly qualified and very reliable Project Accountant/Cashier with details of the job descriptions summarized herein:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing the Project Manager with timely financial reports and budgets, as well as project forecasts.
- Preparing actual costs, working capital and tax reports.
- Monitoring receivable income and supporting project managers with collections.
- Issuing invoices and purchase orders, as well as payment for subcontractor, vendor, and supplier bills.
- Ensuring a steady cash flow by generating, auditing, and sending invoices in a timely manner.
Qualification Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Accounting
- Must have knowledge of any Accounting system and is organized and keen on details.
- Computer literate, hardworking, cheerful and can work with minimal supervision and with initiative.
- With 3 – 5 years related work experience.
- Willing to be assigned at the Batangas construction project.
Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
