Job Description

As a Project Administrative I (Driver), your primary responsibility will be to provide transportation support for project activities. You will be responsible for driving project staff, materials, and equipment to various locations as required.

You will be required to maintain the vehicle in good working condition, ensuring regular maintenance and necessary repairs. In addition to driving, you may also be assigned administrative tasks such as collecting and delivering project documents, assisting with procurement, and organizing project supplies.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of vehicle maintenance are essential for this role. You should be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also important, as you will be interacting with project staff and stakeholders on a regular basis.
