Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture;
- Minimum five (5) years experience in vertical construction;
- Proficient in creating designs that meet industry standards and client needs;
- Clear communication skills to convey design concepts effectively;
- Proficiency in architectural design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools;
- Professional license is a bonus but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
