Job Description
The Recruiter at Yondu is responsible for achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in Placement Recruitment with a strong background in Technical Hiring. Knowledge in Behavioral interviewing method is a must. Soft skills required: mature, driven, self-starter, proactive, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong sense of accountability.
