Job Description
Location: Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to oversee the payroll processes for our temporary staff, manage final settlements for resigned employees, and handle allowances and government remittances.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Assisting with semi-monthly payroll preparation and bonuses.
- Preparing alphalists and reconciling them with the general ledger.
- Managing monthly remittances for employee contributions.
- Calculating final pay and processing meal allowances.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
