Job Description
Aurecon Group is currently in search of a dedicated Project Billing Specialist to deliver expert billing support to our project teams and Project Managers. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing precise invoices in accordance with project team requests.
- Ensuring billing information is consistent with contractual agreements.
- Generating credit notes and adjusting invoices as necessary.
- Submitting invoices through client portals for timely payment.
- Professionally addressing billing inquiries from clients.
- Identifying and proposing enhancements to existing billing processes.
Successful candidates will tackle challenges such as streamlining procedures, adopting standardized billing methods, and quickly adapting to new protocols.
