Job Description
– Responsible for overseeing the entire project control process and ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards
– Should have a deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools and a strong background in risk analysis, cost engineering, and scheduling
– Must have excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to clearly identify and articulate issues
– Have a proven track record of success in project controls
– Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and employees
– Construction experience with an ability to maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
