Job Description
Elabram Systems Inc is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support our project manager in various tasks:
- Assist the project manager with customer orders and maintain customer information.
- Track material arrivals and transfer them to customers as required.
- Manage invoicing systems and confirm customer payments.
- Generate customer reports and statistics regularly.
Requirements:
- Graduate of ECE/EE or related courses.
- Strong in MS Office and database software.
- Good English skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong administrative and time management skills.
- Keen attention to details; able to multitask.
