Job Description
Suntrust Properties, Inc. is actively seeking a committed Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee payroll preparation for administrative staff, assist homeowners with requests and payments related to utilities and construction bonds, and ensure the accuracy of contractor billings.
Key Responsibilities: This role involves payroll preparation, monitoring office supplies, managing project documentation, collecting payments, and aiding homeowners with utility connections.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Benefits: Participation in company events, employee discounts, and health and life insurance.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day shift, with optional overtime.
Work Location: In-person.
