Job Description
Wireless Link Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for working closely with the Project Manager to assist in monitoring, planning, scheduling, and implementing projects. Your main tasks will include creating and maintaining project documentation, plans, and reports, as well as collaborating with the Technical team and clients for project completion.
Responsibilities:
Main roles:
- Monitor assigned projects from implementation up to site acceptance.
- Work with the Technical Team in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Assist Project Manager in communicating with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Sub roles:
- Report project updates to Project Manager
- Assist in scheduling and planning project implementation.
- Work with subcontractors in various areas in completing assigned projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
Educational Attainment and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering
- With at least 1 year work experience
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using MS Office products
- With knowledge in project management software
Soft Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- With keen attention to details and can work under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
Work Set-up:
- Work from office set-up
- Willing to work in the field or travel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
