Job Description
A Project Design Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the design process and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. They collaborate with various teams to translate project requirements into design solutions and manage the design workflow.
- Coordinating with clients, project managers, and design teams to understand project objectives.
- Developing design briefs and setting project timelines.
- Collaborating with designers to create design concepts and presentations.
- Reviewing designs to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Managing project documentation, including design files and specifications.
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identifying and resolving design-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in design and project management. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential to effectively coordinate with different teams and meet project deadlines.
