Job Description
As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing project requirements and preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects. You will work closely with the project management team to create detailed cost reports and proposals.
Your primary duties will include conducting site visits, gathering project data, and evaluating materials and labor costs to determine project budgets. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial in this role.
Additionally, you will be required to review contract documents, communicate with subcontractors and vendors, and track project costs to ensure they align with budget estimates.
