Job Description:
- Process building/construction permits.
- Monitor project progress on cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
- Prepare schedules and daily reports.
- Resolve on-site design and construction issues.
- Supervise field activities and conduct toolbox meetings.
- Manage purchasing orders and salary distribution.
- Oversee attendance for site workers and foreman.
Qualifications: BS Architecture or BS Civil Engineering. Fresh graduates welcome. Proficient in AUTOCAD, SKETCH UP – 3D, and MS Office. Strong leadership and willing to relocate. Can start ASAP.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
