Job Description:
The Project-in-Charge manages and coordinates all aspects in different phases of the project. He provides leadership and directs all groups involved in the success of the project.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Plans and implements project activities
2. Ensures quality, budget, and safety compliance
3. Manages project team communications
4. Coordinates with other departments
5. Builds relationships with authorities
6. Manages admin and subcontractors
7. Monitors project performance
8. Handles project close-out and turnover
9. Submits project operating plan
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Architectural or Civil Engineering
2. Minimum 3 years related work experience
3. Strong leadership and tracking skills
4. Hardworking, team player, and flexible
5. Proficient in Project Management, Construction, People Management
6. Experience in system furniture and modular cabinets
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php20,00.00 per month
