Job Description

Job Description: The Project In-Charge manages and coordinates all aspects of the project from pre-construction to post-construction phases.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan overall project requirements and implement activities.
- Ensure housekeeping standards.
- Update the head office on project status.
- Coordinate with departments for issue resolution.
- Maintain effective relationships with authorities.
- Monitor project performance and manage deliverables.
- Prepare project operating plans and close-outs.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
Job Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Pay: From Php20,00.00 per month
