Job Description
The Project-in-Charge manages and coordinates all aspects in different phases of the project. He provides leadership, directs all groups involved, and ensures the project’s success from pre-construction to post-construction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans and implements project activities within budget and schedule.
- Implements a serious housekeeping program.
- Prepares regular status reports and resolves site issues.
- Coordinates with departments and authorities for project success.
- Manages deliverables and project performance.
- Prepares project operating plan and close-out.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Architectural or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum three years of related work experience.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Hardworking, team player, and flexible.
- Skills in Project Management, Construction Schedule, People Management, and Billing.
- Experience in system furniture and modular cabinets.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php20,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Overtime pay
Experience in Project Management, Construction Management, and Kitchen & Modular Cabinet is preferred.
Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred)
