Job Description
Qualifications for the Project In-Charge Position:
- The ideal candidate must possess a valid engineering or architectural license.
- Demonstrable experience of at least two years in the construction industry is required.
- Proficiency in utilizing Excel and PowerPoint software is essential.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a prerequisite.
- Strong leadership skills are necessary to effectively lead a team.
- A background in business acumen, management principles, and analytical capabilities is preferred.
- Flexibility to be deployed to various locations across the Philippines is mandatory.
- Prior experience in fit-out projects is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php17,181.56 – Php58,713.33 per month
