Job Description
As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project execution. This role involves developing project plans, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
You will be leading a team of professionals, motivating them to achieve project goals and maintaining effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Key requirements include strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record of successful project management. PMP certification is a plus.
