This full-time position emphasizes understanding and advocating for the needs and concerns of our customers and clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our website and e-commerce platform remain user-friendly and effective.
Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments, collecting data, and facilitating surveys, interviews, or focus groups aimed at enhancing our products. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in product management, ideally within the financial services or technology sectors, and must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
