Job Description
ETAP Inc., a leading company in the energy industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Management Intern to join our team.
The Project Management Intern will provide administrative support to the PM department, ensuring smooth operations and successful project execution.
- Education for Project Management Intern:
We are particularly interested in candidates with a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in:
- Information Technology
- Engineering
- Project Management
- Computer Science
- Operations Management
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) team for daily generation of offline kiosk lists.
- Schedule and send invitations for team meetings.
- Assist the Project Manager and report daily deployments.
- Assist the Project Manager in other initiatives.
- Coordinate overall schedule updates and arrange ocular visits with the field team.
- Allowance:
- The intern will receive a monthly allowance of Php3,00.00. This amount will be deducted from the PM Department’s salary budget while sourcing for a new Project Management Assistant (PMA).
- Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM)
- Onsite ONLY
Job Type: On-the-job training (OJT)
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: From Php3,00.00 per month
