Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Project Management Officer will directly report to the Office of the President and will be responsible for driving continuous excellence, process efficiencies, and value-adding initiatives to PCPPI’s Business Value Chain. Key responsibilities include:
- Tracking and managing project interdependencies
- Maintaining an integrated view of all company-wide projects
- Ensuring project plans are achievable
- Coordinating risk mitigation recommendations
- Facilitating inter-departmental communication and integrated execution
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Graduate in Engineering, Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- Experience in portfolio management and leading FI projects
- Strong project management technical and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation
- Background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and Admin
