Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Validating site addresses
- Set up projects in our system
- Set up folder in the shared drive
- Save documents and photos in our shared drive
- Issue POs to vendors
- Set reminders to follow up on status with internal and external people
- Enter milestone dates in our system
- Save Google images
- Review photos for completeness
- Using a standard template, request landlord approval of signage packages
Additional details:
Familiar with Smartsheet (similar to Asana, Monday.com, etc)
E-commerce and/or Admin role experience is a plus.
