Job Description
– Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other related courses.
– Obtaining Licensed in course finished
– Preferably with at least 2-3 years’ work experience in the same field, exposed to different road construction project (horizontal and vertical). Experience in site development is a plus.
– Must have work experience in both concreting and asphalting works
– Knowledgeable and proficient in using the technology and computer software necessary for their job
· -Has a passion for construction, a desire and natural instinct to build.
· -Understands means and methods of construction associated with the site work related thereto.
· -Understands the sequencing of work and the strategy of creating effective project schedules.
· -Understands project control and change order management.
– Must have a wide range of technical knowledge including excellent mathematical skills. They know the right formulas to use and are able to solve difficult and complex equations.
– Problem-solver – able to analyze the cause of a problem, determine the best solution and quickly take action with confidence. Engineers can analyze and interpret charts, graphs, and reports accurately.
– Must know how to write clear and concise reports, convey ideas to top leaders of corporations, and provide precise instructions to construction workers.
– Works with a positive attitude within a group for the success of a project
– Is proactive, plans well, and addresses problems promptly.
– Is committed to doing quality work the first time with little or no need for rework
– Detail and goal-oriented

Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
