Job Description
The Project in Charge is expected to perform the following responsibilities and duties:
- Provide training to improve product quality
- Create strategies to promote strong customer relationships and increase customer base
- Identify new business growth opportunities
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports with realistic forecasts
- Identify emerging markets, competitors, and market shifts
- Manage and supervise the team effectively
Qualifications and Skills:
- BS/MS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Prior successful sales experience in windows and doors products with track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels
- Proven ability to drive sales from planning to closure
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise
- Good work ethics and determination to achieve sales targets
- Experience in UPVC/aluminum doors and windows industries
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
