Job Description
- Coordinate and work with the stakeholders in defining project targets, expectations, and commitments;
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget;
- Work with Technical and Resource Managers to ensure resource availability and allocation;
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs;
- Provide incident management and support project team;
- Other related tasks assigned from time to time.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, IT, or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Knowledge of Project Execution Model (PEM) is a plus;
- PMP/Agile/Scrum certification is a plus;
- Proven leadership and motivation skills;
- Willing to work flexibly in a hybrid setup.
