You’re stepping into a dynamic team where innovation and collaboration thrive As a Project Manager, you’ll lead strategic initiatives, working closely with diverse teams to drive organizational success. Join us in an environment where your expertise is valued, and your contributions make a tangible impact.

Where you come in:

• You will take charge of developing, managing, and executing strategic projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• You’ll collaborate with various teams to develop project plans, status reports, and dashboards, fostering alignment and teamwork.
• You manage project milestones and deliverables independently, ensuring accountability and keeping projects on track.
• You provide vital support to the Corporate Strategy department, delivering reports and presentations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• You design compelling PowerPoint presentations for key meetings, translating complex information into clear and engaging visuals.
• You utilize tools like SharePoint and SmartSheet to create workflows and forms, streamlining project management and enhancing collaboration.
• You craft process flows in Lucidchart and PowerPoint to visualize and communicate critical insights from strategy workshops and meetings.
• You update Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for corporate initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• You facilitate lessons learned sessions, documenting insights to drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.

What makes you successful:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.
• You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in business project management, focusing on strategic initiatives.
• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with attentive listening abilities.
• You have proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Lucidchart for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• You effectively work independently while fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred, showcasing your commitment to professional excellence.
