Job Description
Must-have skills:
- The candidate should have at least 8-10 years of Program/ Project experience handling the full end to end life cycle of SDLC with large team size and client, specifically transformation project and not AMS.
- Experience in project related financial services like banking or insurance.
- Having SF or similar product knowledge is added advantage and not mandatory.
- The resource should have very strong Stakeholder management skills, with strong communication and presentation skills to handle C suites business teams.
- The candidate should be pro-active and should be able to handle things on their own and not depend on others to drive the project, basically, they should be managing the project and not reporting the projects.
