Job Description
Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure completion within budget and on time. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning construction processes and coordinating with contractors, engineers, and vendors.
- Overseeing projects from start to finish.
- Reviewing projects in-depth for scheduling and cost estimation.
- Coordinating and directing construction teams and subcontractors.
- Ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Monitoring progress, preparing reports, and managing resources.
- Participating in budgeting and cost management.
- Maintaining health and safety standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Experience:
- Project Management: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Engineering / Architecture License (Preferred)
