Job Description
The Project Manager manages and coordinates all aspects in different phases of the project, from pre-construction to post-construction. Providing leadership and direction to ensure project success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans overall project requirements and implements activities on schedule, quality, within budget, and safely.
- Implements housekeeping program, prepares reports, and coordinates with other departments.
- Establishes relationships with authorities, manages deliverables, project performance, and close-out.
- Prepares and submits project operating plans.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Architectural or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to track progress, and quality of work.
- Must be hardworking, team player, and flexible.
- Required Skill(s): Project Management, Construction Schedule, People Management, Billing.
- Work background in system furniture and modular cabinets.
*Willing to travel occasionally, office location at G/F Whse C Km 14 Merville Industrial Complex Merville Access Road Paranaque City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary.
- Overtime pay.
Experience:
- Project Management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Construction Management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Kitchen and Modular Cabinet: 3 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (Preferred)
