Job Description:
The Project Manager oversees all project phases from pre-construction to post-construction, ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance. They lead and coordinate all project teams for successful outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans project requirements and activities
- Implements housekeeping standards and safety protocols
- Provides regular reports to the head office
- Coordinates with departments and authorities
- Manages subcontractor commitments and project performance
- Prepares project close-out and operational plans
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Architectural or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Hardworking, team player, and flexible
- Proficient in Project Management and Construction Schedule
- Experience in System Furniture and Modular Cabinets/Kitchen
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting from Php20,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary, Overtime pay
Experience: Project Management: 2 years (Preferred)
