Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create long- and short-term plans, set targets, and manage dependencies
- Propose solutions for project progression
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain synchronization
- Communicate project status with management and executives
- Define and deliver program progress reports
- Track document deliverables and manage NPI schedules
- Create regular NPI materials progress reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of product or project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences
- Experience with project management tools like Playbook
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Gantt chart
- Knowledge of Agile and Phase-gate processes
- Experience in product development, hardware/semiconductor preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Decisive problem-solving and proactive mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management abilities
