Job Description
About the company: Global privately held developer, investor, and operator of renewable energy solutions. Headquartered in Singapore, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee renewable energy projects in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solar project planning and execution.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with teams to meet project milestones.
- Conduct project meetings and provide updates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Build relationships with stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team.
- Evaluate project performance and implement improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Renewable Energy.
- 5+ years of experience in solar energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of legal compliance and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Tagalog.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
