Job Description
We are currently hiring a Project Manager for our retail division. As a Project Manager in our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various retail projects from start to finish. Your main goal is to ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget while meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation and task assignment
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
- Implement appropriate strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues
- Track project expenses and control project budget
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Conduct post-project evaluation to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a retail environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- PMP certification is a plus
