Job Description
Are you a skilled Project Manager with expertise in Salesforce? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager in our Salesforce department.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing Salesforce projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of Salesforce projects
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Allocate resources and oversee project team members
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies and standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Provide guidance and support to end-users during project implementation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager leading Salesforce projects
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its capabilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
