Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of projects within the organization. This role involves leading and coordinating project teams, developing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure that they are accountable for their deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues that may arise.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that their expectations are aligned with project outcomes.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and report on the status of key deliverables.

Requirements:
