Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and implement solutions.
- Develop detailed documentation of systems and workflows.
- Manage projects, develop plans, and monitor performance.
- Perform user acceptance testing and data analysis.
- Design templates and job aids, oversee vendor relationships, and create operational reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the mortgage industry desirable.
- Strong project management skills and agile methodology experience.
- Intermediate SQL understanding, advanced Microsoft Office, Power BI, and ZOHO project management skills.
Skills: Deadline-focused, detail-oriented, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php45,00.00 per month
