Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion within budget and timeline constraints.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment and resource allocation.
• Monitor and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as necessary.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to drive project success.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and change orders.
• Foster continuous improvement through post-project reviews and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in a global setting.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate diverse cultural and geographical environments.
