The Role

• Coordinate, schedule, and track project elements across departments.
• Triage H&B requirements for delivery approach.
• Liaise between internal clients and production designers.
• Provide accurate project status using JIRA, Workfront Proof, etc.
• Review and ensure quality edits on project deliverables.
• Manage multiple assignments with tight deadlines.

The Requirement

• Self-starter, organized, and efficient.
• Project management and copy editing experience.
• Knowledge of employee benefits/health care is a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and client interactions.
• Ability to multitask and work well independently and in a team.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with InDesign or Workfront Proof is a bonus.
• Co-ownership attitude over projects, night shift availability.
