Job Description
- Assist the OH Doctor in attending to the medical needs of the employees working on the office and construction site.
- In the absence of the OH Doctor, may issue medicines based on standing medical orders and provide treatment during an emergency.
- Performs initial assessment and screening of all applicants.
- Schedule a consultation with accredited medical and dental specialists as necessary and prepare referral slips as ordered by the OH Doctor.
- Coordinate hospitalization of employees as needed.
- Prepare medicine requisition and ensure accurate inventory management of the medicines and medical supplies of the clinic.
- Prepare Monthly Medical Statistical Reports, Medical Expense Reports, and other reports required by the Head Office.
- Conduct health and safety inspections together with the plant Safety Committee.
- Conduct talks about the safety campaign, programs, and awareness during the toolbox meeting.
- Performs first aid treatment to the construction site workers when needed.
