Job Description
Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Planner dedicated to developing and monitoring the project schedule for the Greenbelt Project, with a primary focus on HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) sectors. You will collaborate closely with engineers and subcontractors to ensure that project milestones are achieved on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Establish work breakdown structures and define project milestones.
- Track progress and liaise with teams to update timelines accordingly.
- Generate reports and assist in mitigating project risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3-7 years of project planning experience, preferably in MEP, HVAC, or BMS.
- Proficient in project scheduling software.
- Exceptional communication skills.
