Job Description
As a Project Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for our projects from start to finish. Your main tasks will include identifying project procurement requirements, sourcing and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
You must have a strong understanding of procurement strategies, logistics, and supply chain management. Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills are essential for this role. You will also need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for projects
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
If you have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in procurement, we encourage you to apply. Proficiency in contract management software and strong analytical skills are highly desirable.
