Job Description
- Leads the MEPFS operations team in a project or in several projects of proximate location.
- Leads the peer review of plans, specifications, shop drawings, BIM Model in coordination with TSD prior to procurement and during implementation, including generation of RFI’s.
- Reviews material Take-off (QS) of each MEPFS trade (Bid vs IFC), prepared by MEPFS Field Engineers for reference during implementation, cost reconciliation (billings/change orders), productivity analysis.
- Directs MEPFS Field Engineers, subcontractors/suppliers for the preparation of RFI’s, product data/shop drawings and for the implementation of works at site based on PEP/PES.
- Coordinates and reviews all RFI’s with TSD OpCen Supervisor, CG MEPFS and Engineer of Record.
- Prepares weekly accomplishment reports, attends weekly PTG/Design coordination meetings, including Principals meetings as required by the Project Manager/MEPFS Manager. Attends weekly MEPFS coordination meetings and weekly site operations meeting.

Pay: Up to Php35,00.00 per month
