- Approval of additional or replacement Promoters
- Coordinate onboarding orientation with training team
- Contact Agencies regarding promoter shortages
- Update system for additional Promoters
- Monthly evaluation of Promoters
- Recommend Promoter transfers between stores
- Disburse incentives for Promoters and Front Liners
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good Communication Skills
- Time Management
- Detail Oriented
- Experienced in manpower handling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
