Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant to manage financial operations across residential and commercial properties. This role is responsible for rent-roll reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, monthly close and reporting, and maintaining accurate property financial records.
- Prepare and reconcile ledgers and bank statements; process invoices and tenant charges.
- Support budgeting, monthly reporting, and year-end audits.
- Ensure timely, accurate financial recordkeeping and clear stakeholder communication.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, a minimum of two years’ experience in real estate or property accounting, proficiency with accounting software, advanced Excel skills, and strong organizational and communication abilities.
